This class is all about the different sauces and the layering of lasagne.  Angie will have premade pasta sheets ready for you to use. We will also make the traditional arancini as a entree. And, there's always a dessert.  

Learn to make traditional potato gnocchi from scratch.....these are served with tomato base sauce made with chicken and pork.
