Come and learn how to make your own pickled vegetables (Giarndierna) along with pickled eggplant. Then there's always a main meal that Angie will put together for all the students to enjoy......

In this class we will make profiteroles with italian custard cream and also make crostoli. Everyone will also enjoy a main meal which is our pasta aglio and olio (spaghetti with garlic and oil)

This class is all about the different sauces and the layering of lasagne.  Angie will have premade pasta sheets ready for you to use. We will also make the traditional arancini as a entree. And, there's always a dessert.
